Premier Management Lanka was born out of a simple realisation: securing a home loan in Sri Lanka shouldn't be complicated, stressful, or one-sided. Too often, borrowers found themselves navigating a confusing landscape of bank products, inconsistent advice, and hidden costs — with no one truly on their side.
Our founder, Susith Perera, recognised this gap first-hand during his extensive career in the banking sector. Having spent over three decades at the highest levels of Sri Lanka's leading financial institutions, he saw the system from the inside — and understood exactly where it was failing ordinary homebuyers.
That conviction led to the creation of Premier Management Lanka: an independent advisory firm that puts borrowers first. Free from any bank affiliation, we exist to level the playing field — offering transparent, unbiased mortgage guidance to Sri Lankans at home and abroad.

His deep understanding of how banks operate from the inside gives Premier Management Lanka a distinct advantage. He knows exactly what lenders look for, how to position applications for success, and where to negotiate for better terms — expertise that directly benefits every client.
